Home What We Do Infrastructure & Projects

The Davidson Chalmers Infrastructure & Projects Team is actively involved in the development, acquisition, and financing of infrastructure projects. We can advise from the initial joint venture agreement through to the construction and financing of a project.

We have a detailed understanding of the contractual arrangements underpinning revenue generation. We advise developers and financiers on all aspects of infrastructure developments, including energy generation contracts, roads and utilities development contracts, contracts with both local authorities and the Scottish Government such as Section 75 Agreements and Scottish Futures Trust contracts for end-users.

Whether our clients are developing greenfield projects, acquiring existing assets, or providing equity or debt financing for projects, our multidisciplinary team provides creative and innovative solutions to overcome the challenges inherent in delivering infrastructure projects.
